Welcome to Score Arbiter. By accessing or using the Score Arbiter mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Score Arbiter is a professional score-tracking application designed for tabletop games. The App provides several features, including:
- Offline Games: Local score tracking without the need for an account.
- Live Online Tables: Real-time score synchronization across devices using 4-digit room codes with Supabase Realtime.
- Flexible Scoring: Automated quick buttons and custom round-score entries.
- Game History: Persistence of past match data for review.
- Player Management: Custom profiles and auto-assigned color coding for up to 10 players.
3. User Responsibilities
- Use the app responsibly and legally.
- Maintain confidentiality of room codes for online tables.
- You are solely responsible for the game names, player names, and scores you input into the App.
- Do not attempt to hack, misuse, or disrupt the App's services or networks.
4. Data Sync & Privacy
The app uses Supabase for real-time synchronization and data persistence. While we strive to protect your data, you acknowledge that:
- Offline game data is stored locally on your device.
- Live game data and history are transmitted to and stored on Supabase servers to facilitate real-time features and cross-device access.
- We do not sell your personal data.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to code, design, and graphics) are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Score Arbiter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms periodically. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
